 Cervical (neck) Overview
Cervical vertebrae (Vertebrae cervicales) are the smallest of the true vertebrae and make up the first seven bones of the spinal cord: (C1-C7), and the spinal cord and the nerve roots (C1-C8).


Choose a Condition for Information:
Herniated Disc (a common cause of leg and back pain)
Degenerative Disc Disease (a condition leading to irritation, inflammation, fatigue, muscle spasms, and back pain)
Myelopathy (symptoms can include neck pain, problems with balance, numbness in the hands and fingertips, and difficulty with fine movements like buttoning a shirt)
Kyphosis (a curving of the spine that causes a bowing of the back - usually the upper back)
